• Carbon footprint of all other freight shipments is offset by TerraPass.

• All orders are shipped using biodegradable packing materials.

Shipping

• Please expect 1-2 weeks for delivery.

• Orders containing our Nova 12, Quadra 12 and Sonoma Bowls ship freight only.

• Shipping options include UPS ground and freight shipments.

• Claims or credit requests need to be received within 30 days of delivery date.

Payment

• Payment terms include net 30 after approved credit, and most major credit cards.

• EcoForms has a variety of tools to help retailers display and market our products.

• We offer a free 12″x24″ point of purchase sign upon request with all minimum orders, or you can download our 8″x11″ here.
